My current training is focused on a planned paddle in August from the Barbican in Plymouth to Bere Ferrers.
This paddle is in memory of my friend Rob Furneaux who died last year from motor neurone disease. I am aiming to raise funds for the MND Association. The paddle is on 19th August which would have been Rob’s 67th birthday and is timed to coincide with the unveiling of a memorial bench on Bere Ferrers Quay where he spent many happy hours.
